Final Call for Speakers at RoboBusiness 2025 as Submission Deadline Approaches

June 11, 2025

WTWH Media – the team behind The Robot Report and Robotics Summit & Expo – is calling for fresh voices to take the stage at RoboBusiness 2025. Set for October 15-16 in Santa Clara, California, this well-established event has been a hub for robotics innovation since 2004, blending technical advances with practical financial insights.

This year’s programme is packing new and expanded tracks to keep you ahead of the curve. The Physical AI Forum will explore ways for robots to learn from sensor data, adapt on the fly, and speed up task mastery. In addition, the new Humanoids track shines a spotlight on the design, development, and early uses of humanoid robots.

The Field Robotics track is growing too, offering real-world advice for deploying robots outdoors. Meanwhile, the Enabling Technologies segment will highlight recent developments in motion control, vision, and software progress that are powering improved robot performance. The Design & Development track promises to deliver insights on making robots tougher and more efficient using the latest in CAD/CAM, simulation, and engineering practices.

If you’ve ever felt the challenge of navigating a fast-changing market, the Business track is for you. It covers everything from spotting investment opportunities and crafting savvy market strategies to scaling a startup and engaging customers in challenging economic times. Past speakers have included industry leaders like Sergey Levine, co-founder of Physical Intelligence, whose keynote at RoboBusiness 2024 resonated with many.

Don’t miss your chance to join the conversation. Submit your proposal by Thursday, June 12, by filling out the submission form. Should you have any programming questions, you can connect directly with Steve Crowe at scrowe@wtwhmedia.com. Chosen speakers will enjoy full conference passes for themselves and two guests, giving them access to every keynote, session, panel, and special event.

For those interested in the entrepreneurial side, RoboBusiness is also inviting investors and startups to participate in the Pitchfire Robotics Startup Competition. For sponsorship or exhibition opportunities, please reach out to Colleen Sepich at csepich@wtwhmedia.com.

This year, RoboBusiness will take place alongside DeviceTalks West, a leading event for medical technology professionals. This co-location invites a diverse crowd, including specialists in surgical robotics, making it a must-attend for anyone passionate about the future of tech.
